Well, one Saturday I came across my bathroom scale, I'm in the process of moving, and thought, I need to weigh myself. Wow! I
was knocked off my feet! I had gone from 216lbs to 197lbs!
That's 19 pounds and I am so excited to be under 200. On top of that, I feel great!
