Zone is absolutely the best thing that I have done for myself in many years, if not ever. That is a pretty big sweeping statement, but since starting with Zone Seattle over 5 months ago, I've lost over 30 pounds, my blood pressure has dropped and is now far better and my cholesterol has plummeted to 130! That's 130!
More important than numbers, is that I feel better than I have in 10 years and am now doing things I hadn't been able to enjoy. I am enjoying life more than I have in years.
Zone Seattle has 2 main things going for it; 1: it is so easy and I don't have to think and 2: the food is so fantastic I am amazed that the food is good for me.
