Do I Need An Account On This Site?

When we offer special promotions or feature special products, these offers may be made exclusively to our registered website clients before they are made publicly available. As we add new online features, like most websites, some of these features will only be available to registered users. Of course! We can customize your program to fit your schedule...just give us 72 hours notice.
 
What about exercise?
Well, of course exercise is good for us and we should exercise. However, the fat loss is not dependent on exercise.
 
What if I am on medication?
Consult with your doctor before you begin any nutrition or diet program.
 
Do I eat everything even if I’m not hungry?
You have to eat frequently. Many of our clients discover that they were simply eating too much food in too few meals before they started on the Zone program. If dinner is roasted chicken with sweet potato and green beans, you cannot just eat the chicken. You need to eat some of each component and try to keep it 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.
